Mary Brandl and Anita Bendickson teach  open-to-the-public courses and workshops in personal safety and self-defense on a regular basis at a variety of locations in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) area.

Extension course), here are the courses currently scheduled for the next semester/quarter:

--Macalester College - Next course scheduled for September, 2010 .

--Carleton College - Spring Quarter starts March, 2010, on Tuesdays, 7:45-9:30 P.M. 

--University of MN, Course # P.E. 1044 - May course starts Monday morning, May 24, 2010.  Fall semester starts /, September 2010/ four sections offered. Two sections offered MW, 8:00-8:50 A.M. & 9:05-9:55 A.M. Same times for two sections offered TTh. All sections on the Minneapolis campus.

--University of MN Extension course - Fall semester starts September, 2010.  Wednesdays, 7:00-9:00 P.M., St Paul campus.

--North Hennepin Community College - Fall semester starts September, 2010.
